The city of Salochin is a typical Midwestern community. The city's police department is progressive in many areas, yet old fashioned in others. Jeff Malcore has worked as a police officer in Wisconsin for 15 years . He is currently a lieutenant and SWAT team leader. His team was awarded Team of the Year by the Wisconsin Association of SWAT Personnel in 1995. In 1998, his department awarded him Officer of the Year.
