Keeping my blood-sugar under control,

I used Vita-Logic for several months but it did not seem to do alot of good so I stopped. My numbers went up from 120 to 160. I was distraught so I started taking it again. This time I went more closely by the direction which are: One capsule 30 minutes befor a meal three times a day. Now my numbers are on an average of 120 or below six on A1c. I take two 500mg of metformin twice daley, also.James Mixon
