Buckle your seat belt, March 21, 2005
This review is from: Bloodhound (Paperback)
I must say that after a brief hiatus from reading, I decided to pick this book up, and I am so glad I did. Never having the pleasure of reading Jay's work before, I plunged into the world of a new, for me, writer.
Very nice book!
Charlotte is psychic; her hands have the electric power to locate people when she grips one of their possessions. Unimaginable things happened when she touches a coin, provided by the missing man's girlfriend as Charlotte plunges into dangerous worlds, and instead of running away she runs head into the storm of what she unleashed with her special gift.
Very brave character, lovable sidekick, and plenty of supernatural sparks that kept my sitting up in my bed at night reading, or missing my buss stop on my way to work, simply because I was so engrossed in the story.
This book has a very rewarding ending. It's like being hungry for a century and then being presented with a heavenly feast.
I think anyone who picks this up, will be up for a nice ride, just don't forget to go to work......this book IS engrossing.

Bonansinga grips and thrills better than anyone, October 2, 1999
By A Customer
This review is from: Bloodhound (Paperback)
Jay Bonansinga writes with the mastery of King, the hair-raising thrill of Saul and the intensity of Ridley Pearson. Bloodhound rivets you through a mind field that will stay with you long after you're done. Brilliant.

torture of Junior too explicit, September 1, 1999
By A Customer
This review is from: Bloodhound (Paperback)
I found the book to be a real page-turner until I got to the parts where Junior was tortured. I found it to be too explicit and uneccessary. The story would have been just fine without the details of the torture of Junior. These parts ruined the book for me. It could have be a 4 or 5 star book if not for this.
