Good story featuring a classic monster.,

Doctor Who has a rich history of memorable monsters and it is always fun to have one of them make a return appearance. In Bloodtide, the Doctor and Evelyn arrive on the Galapagos Islands where they encounter Silurians and a young naturalist named Charles Darwin. The story is an intelligent and engrossing pseudo-historical. It features twists and turns, captures and narrows escapes, and also raises some interesting theoretical questions about human evolution.As usual, the production is excellent, a real listening pleasure. 4.5 stars. |
