This 2 disc collection features 'Live in Geneva' from 1997 focusing on the early Ash catalog, combined with 'Live in Chicago' from 1992 which spans a longer time frame of compositions. The Chicago performance is outstanding - showcasing superb songwriting with inspired musicianship; really an essential disc for any fan of Wishbone Ash. To have both of these concerts together is a real coup. One quibble to note, however, is that the lineup on the cover is the Laurie Wisefield era Wishbone Ash. Rest assured that the playing throughout the '90's and into this century continues to polish the reputation of this magnificent band.
