Sabbath keeper on a pulpit,

A disappointing effort by a sabbatarian pastor.... If the typeface was 30% smaller this book could have been a tract. Chapters average 6 pages each. As far as content is concerned, Bechthold makes a few good points about general hypocrisy among Christians (life sytle, involvement in politics, etc)...but what's new about that? About halfway through the book, Bechthold finally exposes his "whistle". The "double standard"?...just that Bechthold, a sabbatarian, finds it inconsistent that Christians want the 10 Commandments kept in the public schools, but these same Christians don't "keep the Sabbath" (Saturday) commandment. That is the "hypocrisy" in a nutshell. As a result, the book is a disappointment. It is too light, too short, Bible references are too often used without providing the actual Bible text, and the "sabbath" agenda is hidden until you get halfway throught the book. No mention of the sabbath occurs on the front or back covers.
