i ordered it on sunday . it came on wednesday .I read the owners manual put fuel and oil in it ,charged the battery ( batteries are not charged for shipping safty ) opened fule valve and set speed knob to run . turned the key and the thing started up and ran beautyful . this is a very good quality machine ,built very well with all heavy duty parts. it is a great value ! because i've searched online for 3 months and read hundreds of reviews on other models . and this one seemed to be the best and when it arrived it was . this product exceeded my expetations .and is as least 500 dollars cheeper than other compareable models. you can't beat amazon.com with the free shipping .Homier.com sells these things and they are a good american company : unlike that aroura generator company that is in canada , and that sales man talked me right out of buying one of those kind ! email me any time and i'll tell you what he said Zahot2@aol.com
