Fantastic collection, March 5, 2004

This is a great album to have whether you are just starting your jazz collection or not. There are a lot of great artists on this album who play classic Sinatra songs (keep in mind there are no vocals here)- art blakey, cannonball adderly, dexter gordon...miles davis....the three sounds - to name a few. It's something you will play from start to finish over and over. I particularly loved jacky terrason's "i love paris" and track #12, "it was a very good year" by the three sounds. Definitely one of my favorite renditions of that piece. Get this album - it's only $10 and it's worth it.
