Where do I start. This item claims to be brown/beige. I have been working as an interior designer, contractor and architectural consultant for the past 18 years and the firepit is tan/pink. Don't be fooled by the picture as I was. The picture is not what you are getting. The diamonds are pink and the other tiles look like a dog chewed them to fit are tan at best. Secondly, I put the pit together as the instructions directed and it went together very quickly until I tried to set in the stainless bowl. It did not seat properly so I loosened all the bolts, tried to re-seat it and then tighten the bolts to no avail. I finally had to drill out every single hole (16 total in order to move the ceramic pieces out so the bowl would seat properly...only that didn't even work. The stainless steel bowl is either warped or just not made properly to fit into the firepit. When I went to place the spark screen on the unit it also had no finite place to sit. It simply had to be balanced on the rounded part of the stainless steel bowl. Should be interesting when it is actually in use. I would break it down and return it except that I have too much time invested and Amazon won't take it back since I 'modified' the unit.

...and after all that, I went to put on the recommended cover for the unit and it is too small.
