Better than average solo release. I suggest the double-vinyl ltd version, as it contains an additional 4th side (which is the pinnacle of the album IMO).Very slow and melodic. Blue Room contains enough substance to satisfy any LPD afficionado. However, it might have been improved upon with additional musical accompaniment. After 2 plays, I accepted it gracefully into my circle of repeated listens.

This was the first Ka Spel solo release I had ever heard. With just one listen I was blown away. Its so hard to pick favorites with anything Ka Spel or Legendary Pink Dots have done, but if I had to choose, this definetly would be it.

I have yet to find a piece by Edward Ka'Spell that does not touch the divine.
