5.0 out of 5 stars Incredible drive and musicianship! These guys can play!, November 25, 2002

This review is from: Blue Skies (Audio CD)
Greg Cahill and Don Stiernberg are two of the finest players of their instruments you'll find in the acoustic music world. Cahill's banjo has led the Special Consensus bluegrass band since 1975, and Stienberg is a disciple of the late great Jethro Burns, and can play the mandolin like no other. This collection of instrumental tunes will keep you hopping and hoping for more! There are hard-driving bluegrass tunes, expertly arranged jazz tunes, and even an old rock tune that make this CD a must-have for any collection. Jim Cox's fantastic bass playing and John Parrot's tremendous rhythm guitar contribute greatly to this wonderful collection.
