I bought this stroller for my dog and it arrived with two burn holes in the fabric.The directions were very hard to understand and essentially I could not get the wheels on because there seemed to be some crucial piece missing.Their customer service is poor...I emailed them about my complaints and they emailed me back -they wanted to see the pictures that I took of the damage.I sent them photos of the product and they replied "We'll send you another one".That was the ENTIRE email. They did not give me any insight as to what the problem I am having with the wheels might be, they did not apologize for the inconvenience to me and they didn't even tell me what they wanted me to do with the trailer I already had !( which has been sitting in my living room for 2 weeks now ). Ok, so they kept their word and sent me another trailer but I still can't put the damn wheels on . I have put many things together in my time but I for the life of me cannot figure out how to put the wheels on without them wobbling.It seems once again there is a piece missing, perhaps a spacer between the wheel and trailer. I tried to contact the company for help, hoping maybe they had customer support , but they don"t. So now I have TWO non-functioning trailers sitting in my living room and no way of actually speaking to a human being who could help me with this product. I sent them another email asking for help.If they can help me get the wheels figured out I might actually be able to write a review about how the trailer actually rides etc... until then they are getting the lowest star rating.
