The first one of these I got was broken right out of the box - the CD player didn't work at all. Since I had already thrown the box away, I had to deal with Memorex directly and experienced very poor customer service. I finally got it replaced and am having the same problem less than a year later. I would not purchase a Memorex again as a result of this experience.

My son needs to have music playing all night. When we bought this, at first it worked ok, but after a few months, the repeat function on the radio stopped working and my son would wake up to silence! The sound quality isn't that good either! So i would never buy another one!
