Blue Ant Z9i headset is the best.
I have purchased many headsets over the past 4 years and for value and quality this is the best. I especially like the voice isolation feature. It is so lightweight I forget I am wearing it and even have gone to bed a few times with it on! I have purchased several for other family members who also rave about it. Great gift to give.

Fair at Best
I bought a Z9i about 3 months ago. I am unimpressed and am now looking to replace this with another BT headset. I have received multiple complaints from various people complaining that there is a lot of background noise when I drive. As soon as I switch back to using my BB as a handset, they always tell me that is much better. I have received similar complaints when...

I bought a Z9i about 3 months ago. I am unimpressed and am now looking to replace this with another BT headset. I have received multiple complaints from various people complaining that there is a lot of background noise when I drive. As soon as I switch back to using my BB as a handset, they always tell me that is much better. I have received similar complaints when walking around a grocery store while on the phone. I have also called home while driving and then listened to the noise on the recorded message. There is just a lot of ambient noise.
The device supposedly has noise canceling but it doesn't seem to work based upon my experience.
