blue max lamp,

Less than three years ago I bought a Blue Max floor lamp for $186.00. Yesterday it quit. I had a replacement bulb which I put in and it still does not work. I e-mailed a friend of mine who has one and she said that both she and a friend had trouble with theirs. It was good while it lasted but for that money I would hope it would last a lot longer.
It is now about a month later. The lady that works for Blue Max sent me a new ballast, which did not solve the problem. Today I received a new bulb and the light is fine. My replacement bulb was a dud. I have upgraded to four stars because she did work with me on this (even though it was a hassle; and even though I did buy a new lamp within a week). |
