I received the card reader as a freebie with my order. I doesn't work. After I plug it in and insert a memory card the computer says no "disk is inserted,insert disk to continue." I have emailed Blue Proton three times with no response. I have also gone through Amazon.com to contact Blue Proton, again with no response. Poor Customer Service!

Works just like it says. I would agree with the others that say the top is a little loose, but if you push on it it is pretty snug and since I keep it in a camera bag I'm not too worried.

This does exactly what you expect it to. It is a fast USB 2.0 SD card reader. It works without any software and two different Windows machines instantly recognized it without any problem at all. The best part is that it has covers on both ends, so you can actually leave the SD card in the reader and the cover on that end will still fit over the card and snap closed - giving you an instant thumb drive. I bought mine through Amazon/BlueProton as part of a buy a memory card, get the reader free deal. I would easily have paid for it separately. This is a great device.

Caps are a bit loose, but the device works well. Not much to say, I tried it with an 8G SD-HC card, a 32MB SD card, and the 1G transflash card with an SD adapter. All worked just fine to transfer files. This will block a USB port on my laptop, so if you have other dongles plugged in, you may need to consider a short usb extension cable. Otherwise this is a great deal, as I have seen similar devices going for two to three times as much.

I have been using an old Sandisk Cruzer reader for a long time. This small reader easily trumps that reader. This was free from a special offer when purchasing an SD card.

The card has two caps, one for the usb side and one on the card insert side. It works well with my SD cards and with an SDHC (4GB) card I just got.

If you need a card reader, it is hard to go wrong with this free (you have to pay S&H so check that price before you see which is cheapest) card reader.

I needed a device to read my SDHC card. I wasn't sure how well this card reader would work since I had never seen the model or brand before, but for the price I thought it would be worth a try. It works well so far, reading my SDHC card, downloading files and being able to sort and delete them. I'm satisfied with this purchase.

I ordered this over a year ago to transfer pictures from a couple cameras. It's worked well and without issues.

My first laptop had no slot for memory card reading. I bought this just for that. It comes in handy for photo classes.

This little Card reader is the best it works great and the price is even better. I would buy this product again and let everyone know that it does what it is suppose to and for price you can't go wrong.

I tested it using the memories of my Nokia N97 and it reads perfectly all the information. I can read and write music, videos and images. I tested mp3, mp4, jpeg files trasfer from the phone to my computer and viceversa. I'm really very satisfied with the performace of this device. It makes it faster than if I made a direct transfer from my computer to my N97.
