Product Description
Named "Best of Show" at the 1996 American Cheese Society Convention, Bluebonnets come packaged as three one-ounce, gumdrop sized pieces of surface ripened blue goat cheese. Their small size gives them a very high surface to volume ratio, and creates a distinctively sharp blue bite. The unusual size of the chevre adds a whimsical and very welcome touch to any cheese board.
