Liquid Calcium Magnesium Citrate Bluebonnet's Liquid Calcium Magnesium Citrate Plus Vitamin D3 provides 1200 mg of calcium and 600 mg of magnesium in a 2:1 ratio, plus 800 IU of vitamin D3 from lanolin in one delicious, naturally flavored liquid formula. Available in six tasty natural flavors including blueberry, strawberry, lemon, orange, raspberry and mixed berry. Other ingredients: Purified water, fructose, citric acid, natural flavors, xanthan gum, sea vegetable extract. Free of milk, egg, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat and soybeans. Also free of yeast, gluten, barley, rice and sodium. CAUTION: Refrigerate after opening.

I bought this because I can no longer swallow those huge calcium pills. This is a pleasant tasting, rather thick liquid that goes down easily.The only problem is that it only delivers 750mg of elemental calcium which is only 75% of the recommended daily value. I feel I make up the rest with food but for someone who really needs the full amount of calcium, this would not be appropriate.

This is the only calcium supplement my kids will take. It does not taste chalky at all, it is like taking a spoonful of yogurt. Yet it is dairy free so my allergic son can have it!

Check out my in-depth review on the raspberry flavor. The mixed berry was not as good and was rather sour tasting. Kids would not eat it and I kind of dreaded it but it was swallowable. Raspberry was great. Regardless of flavor, either product does it's job and does it well! Even better it's gluten-free!
