One of the best headset

I do field service and all the high in bluetooth headsets I have try were hard for me to hear who I was talking to or they had a hard time hearing me. This headset ROCKS, The speaker is loud and cleear and it filters out all the background sounds, I can drive on the freeway with both windows down and hear people on my phone clear and they don't hear the wind noise. The only bad thing is it's not great for playing music, but I need it for my phone so that is not a big deal to me. If you are shopping for a great bluetooth for talking on your cell phone, stop shopping and order tihs model.

Ouch, tho!

The sound quality is good. Nobody has trouble hearing me. And, it was easy to link to my Windows phone. However, the ear hooks don't quite fit. The bluetooth came with an assortment--but, they were either too large or too small. I do kinda have some big ears... If you've got "healthy" sized ears, you may want to reconsider buying this one.

Works better than any expensive headsets I have ever had!

In the past I purchased at least half a dozen expensive Bluetooth headsets. I am talking 80-dollar ones (and that's after discounts and promotions). And ALL of them failed horribly – either poor sound quality, short battery life, or just good old glitches.

This one works amazingly well. I use it all day long to listen to the radio or music and to make phone calls. The sound quality is great! It has never died on me during use. I would buy it again!

Too good to be true

I was excited to receive this item based on the description. It has poor sound quality. Everyone says it sounds muffled. Sound quality of music is not good. Drops calls and silences in the middle of a conversation. You can hear the party you are talking to but they can not hear you. You have to switch to speaker and back to headset from the phone for the headset to work again, which is very inconvenient. Price was good so I guess you get what you pay for.
