What a wonderful book for visitors and residents alike to discover all the places in the Bluegrass area that must be experienced. The authors have certainly done their homework to discover even the remote locations that might be missed by those not reading this book. The photos are beautiful and what a bonus with the delicious recipes of the region. This is a must buy for visitors to the area, especially those visiting for the World Equestrian Games.

This book is not only great for visitors, it's a wealth of information for those of us living in the Bluegrass. I wasn't aware of many of the places listed in the book. I guess it was a case of "not seeing the trees while looking at the forest." My favorite place to dine was found while trying out the restaurants featured in the book. Since travel has become more expensive, I plan to use this book for planning my "Kentucky" vacation this year now that I realize all of the really great places surrounding me.
