Like all of the other Blue's Clues videos- this one was wonderful! My son is 2 1/2 and just loves Blue and Steve. He can't get enough of the videos. This one was really good and very interactive. It prompts your child to yell out answers and help along in the story. The more they watch, the more they learn. I ordered 5 more of the Blue's Clues videos for my son for Christmas because he can't get enough!

My twin boys have gone the gamut from Barney to Teletubbies to Elmo, but the one character they never tire of is Blue. We have three Blue videos so far, but this is the first one we bought and they seem to like it the best. Daddy and I also enjoy Steve and his decent Elvis imitation! On the worst of days when nothing makes them happy, they will always stop and go "Ooooh" when they see "Face". Blue somehow manages to save the day and dry those tears!

Steve does a great Elvis impersonation. This is also one of the more fun videos that we have watched. Kids are encouraged to participate during the video to help solve the problem. Higher order thinking skills, creative thinking, ordering, prediction and more. If you do allow your child to watch tv, this is a good one for the two year old and up range.

My 2 year-old son is a big fan of Blues Clues, and ever since I bought this video, it keeps him totally captivated! It seems to be a little more interactive than some of the others - the interaction in this one is familiar ("Jack & Jill" and other easy nursery rhymes are repeated with fill-in-the-blank portions). Overall, very basic and appropriate for a toddler with budding language skills. Also, of course, it's entertaining & fun!

My 4 year old was diagnosed with High Functioning Autism PDD-NOS, and has a speech delay. I checked this video out from the library, and my son LOVED it. He actually learned the "Hey Diddle Diddle" nursery rhyme from it! I've been able to build upon it and help his speech, as well. It's one of the earlier Blue's Clues, but what stood out to me was how it seemed to click with my son.

Yes, a video that gets kids interested in reading! What a clever way to show kids how stoies 'come alive' when you read them. Another wonerful video from an excellent series.

My two year old son adores Steve and Blue. This tape breaks familiar stories down into "clues" for the kids to figure out. My little one never gets tired of it and as a parent I appreciate it because children have to THINK to solve the puzzle.

I reccomend Blue's Clues to anyone who has young children and has grown tired of the "old standby" shows that they usually watch.

Being a teacher and the father of two young children, let me assure you this video will be the best you can buy for your entertainment and education dollar. Steve and his annimated friends take you through an hour of interactive fun as you try to point out "Blue's Clues" while engaging in many other educationally sound activities. Many of the same strategies and ideas are used in good classrooms in many schools. The video encourages higher order thinking, prediction, ordering, and synthesis. Parents will enjoy watching Steve as well, doing silly voices and a better than average Elvis impersonation. Stop reading and go buy the video!!

I can't say enough about this video. My son inherited it from his 6 yr. old cousin who has know outgrown Blue and Steve. He wants to watch this every day! every night! It is his favorite next to Winnie the Pooh.

Even though this video came out a few years ago, Blue's Clues still seems to be in the loop for toddler entertainment.
My son is 18 months and totally adores this. Even though he can't completely follow everything, it is still very good at helping him acquire learning skills. He is already repeating a lot of the words that he hears, and gets his hips shaking along with Steve's.
Fun music, animation, and dancing...highly recommend this one!!

This video is the first one we have seen from this series. We don't have Nick Jr. here in Italy, so it was a real treat for us and the kids. The main character (Steve) keeps the kids' attention and involves them by asking for their help in various scenarios and such. Also, when he asks a question or for help, you hear other children answer as well. I would recommend this to all parents. My 3 kids all love it. END
