Some musos have got it all (...) and WALKER is one of them. Great voice, great guitar playing with phrasing and tone that makes it recognisably his. A wonderful injection of soul makes this a pure pleasure to listen to. Some great and original lyrics ( not often found on a blues CD ) round out a superb BLUES CD that should be in any serious blues fans collection. WHY IS THIS MAN NOT A HOUSEHOLD NAME?????WALKER would put just about all the better known blues artists to shame. |
