First I should say I didn't get this Bluetooth from Amazon but I felt I had to post a review just to warn others. I got the Bluetooth as a reward for my job. If I would have paid for it, it would have been promptly returned! Also this is my first Bluetooth so I really don't have much to compare it to, just my brother-in-law's Bluetooth which I wish I would have gotten!
The earpiece just snaps onto the Bluetooth and is not very secure. If you try to adjust it you'll find it popping off into your hand. When I wear it I feel like it's going to fall off at any moment. As I was trying to adjust it to get it comfortable and having the earpiece continually pop off, the stem of the thing actually came off the Bluetooth! Luckily the wires stayed intact and I was able to stick it back in and it still worked. As I said before this is my first Bluetooth and really have no idea how to work it so I was disappointed at the lack of instructions in the box. There were other pieces in the box that I had no idea what they were for and after asking my brother-in-law, he had no idea either!
It does work though. I have used it at work and while in the car and the sound quality isn't bad. I like having my hands free at work and with the use of cell phones in the car being banned all over, it's a good have a Bluetooth although I hate looking like a nerd hee.
So here I am with this new Bluetooth no real idea how it works, no instructions, and it being half broken and uncomfortable--it will stay in the box and I will shop for a better one. I glad I didn't pay for it, so don't throw your money away on this one!
