Merauder is a New York hardcore band with a huge metal/death metal influence. I think that these guys sound like a Lamb of God meets Sworn Enemy. The vocals are more along the lines of Lamb of God and they are very gutteral but for the most part you can understand the lyrics. The lyrics are for the most part about urban things such as police brutality and many hard things that kids living in New York have to deal with. If you like Sworn Enemy, Lamb of God, Biohazard, Hatebreed, Killswitch Engage or pretty much any hardcore, metalcore, or metal band than you should check out Merauder-heavy music with down to earth lyrics. "No Warning" is the stand out track here.

A hard hitting album not to be ignored..can be compared to the likes of bands such as mushroomhead and static x. With excellent riffs and melodic tabs, you cant help but become hypnotized by this music.Definitly worth a listen or two.
