Just got the case in the mail today. So far, it works great. The tablet fits inside well and is held in there securely. The keyboard is held in with magnets and easily removes. Pairing the keyboard with the tablet was quick and easy; just remember to push the small button on the side to start the pairing. Overall, I am glad I purchased this case and keyboard combo. I spent several days looking at cases online and finally decided on this one. For the price, the case protects the tablet well and the keyboard is working great. In fact, I used it to write this review.

Update 1:
After using the tablet in the case for a while, I have found my only complaint: The case covers the RF blaster, preventing it from working with your devices. It's a none issue if you don't plan on using the Galaxy to control your devices. If you do plan to use it, it's a simple fix. Use a small knife to cut out a small hole in the case. I then used a lighter to lightly melt the edges of the hole to make it look like it came that way. All in all, still not a deal breaker and still highly recommend this case for Galaxy Tab 2 10.1.

Update 2:
The shift keys on the first keyboard stopped responding. Doing some research online, I wasn't able to find anyone with the same problem. I contacted the company, received a prompt response, and further received a replacement. So far, the replacement is working great. No complaints and excellent customer service.

I did all of my homework and chose this keyboard even though there were cheaper ones out there. The case was very nice and the quality was great as far as the case was concerned. The only drawback from the case was that the cutout for the camera on the case does not incorporate enough space for the camera flash (I am not sure why). The keyboard charged well and I synced by bluetooth quickly. The on/off key was backwards though, where green showing was off and red showing was on (minor problem). The null keyboard program is not as functional as I would have thought and when you turn on the tablet you still have to change the keyboard setting everytime to stop the keyboard from popping up on the screen (however, I think that this is a Gingerbread issue and not the keyboard company's problem).

Here is the main problem, the keys that do not work. I am not sure if the keys stopped working shortly after I received the case or not. I just know that I realized that some of the keys were not working. Some of the keys were minor annoyances (like the "[" key, however, the "p" key not working was definitely a problem. The real problem then becomes that you cannot exchange the item through Amazon, you can only return it.

Update:
The seller contacted me from my review, which was unexpected but shows a great commitment to customer service. Even though Amazon says your only recourse is to send the keyboard back to them, the seller sent me a replacement keyboard immediately (which I am using to edit this review). They really stand behind their product and you don't get that type of service anymore.

I like that you can detach the keyboard from the case when you don't need it. The folio looks professional, not cheap, and I received a lot of compliments from my coworkers. Unfortunately, the keyboard became disconnected when you were inactive for a while (e.g., 15 min) and the only way to reconnect is to restart your tablet (not on and off on your keyboard). I tried it for 15 days and it was certainly a recurring problem. I needed a keyboard that works and ended up returning this item.

I had read many previous reviews, and one common thread was that it seemed that there were times that the hardware came in broken. Keys being stuck or not working seemed to be the most common issue. When I received the case the space bar on the keyboard was stuck down rendering the keyboard useless. I'm an IT and Do It Yourself kind of guy and I managed to adjust the space bar so that it would spring back up.

Now that has been fixed, it works as well as any Bluetooth device should work. Sometimes it won't connect, sometimes the signal is bad, though this isn't the keyboard; this is simply that Bluetooth is somewhat unreliable. It is a simple tradeoff between reliability and security and ease of use and universal compatibility.

I'd buy the same product again and take my chances that I could tweak a bad key.

Well built and overall I am satisfied with the product. There were just a couple of annoyances that I will try to describe for you. First, the keypboard on/off switch seemed backwards. Green is off and red is on. Sometimes the keys will duplicate several times for one depression - could be because of the lag of the Bluetooth connection. It's just something to get used to. Another issue is getting the tablet positioned at the right angle as it seems to slip around. The magnets in the bottom of the keyboard have a couple of position settings that match up with other magnets in the case, but they just aren't strong enough to hold it in place. I also had to mount the tablet upside down so I had access to the charging port now on the top, which puts the on/off switch for the tablet at the bottom. The keyboard uses a different charging connector so you have to carry another charger around. Hope that helps.
