I have an offset G open hole yamaha and noticed having problems holding my flute with my left index finger going between B and high D. While this peice may feel bulky it tremendously helped me at least with stability. I do have long fingers but as a result with this peice my finger positions are better, notes cleaner, and way more comfortable. My flute's not sliding around because now I am holding a larger area better to grip and hold it while I play.

This product is great! As you can see from the title. This Bo Pep is for large hands that increase personally my technique.
I play the flute a lot, and some days it can be for 6 hours. What I noticed on those days, is that my left index finger would be sore, tired, hurt, stiff...etc. So I needed something to change that.
This product I believe did that. I'm quite happy with it for the price. It is MUCH more pleasant to play now for that amount of time.
Now, if you have bigger hands. The chances are you have to crunch your left index finger; it doesn't feel natural. So if you do have larger hands, if you are uncomfortable with your grip position or if you just want a change of pace; I would recommend this.
You will know within a week whether you like it or not.
For the price it is definitely worth a try.
