I love this product. I needed something that would hold not only my iron and ironing board but also my spray starch so this was perfect. I also needed something that was wall mount. There are so many over door types but few wall mount types. This one is versatile because it goes either way... wall mount or over door. I also needed something that would fit in a less than 6 inch deep space and this fit perfectly so it is also a slimline type product. This product fit all my exacting requirements and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

The product came in a timely manner. You have to make sure the screws can go into your door and make sure that your door isn't hollow. Also, besides the metal being somewhat flimsy, the screws were VERY CHEAPLY made and broke. We had to use our own.

I was surprised to see that this ironing board holder was as weak as it turned out to be. I do have a larger size ironing board (as I'm a quilter.) However, it's not gigantic. The first time I used it, it pulled the two pieces of metal that go over the top of the door into a stretched out shape. I pushed them back in to shape, but have realized why it has the holes in the top. I guess with the heavier boards, it's necessary to screw them in to the top of the door. Also, our iron is a tight fit. If I try to pull it out, it also pulls the holder off the door. I'm not thrilled with it, but it does it's job. It's just a bit difficult getting the board and iron off of the holder when I need it.

I love the idea of keeping the iron and Ironing board along with spray bottles in one place but the hooks for haning this over the door are not strong enough to hold everything. It was up over my door for a couple of weeks before the whole thing came down. I bought this so I do not have to drill any holes into the wall since I rent.

I was looking to make more space and this item helped me tremendously. I just hung inside the closet door and voila. It's sturdy and very convenient.

This is a handy caddy-- one of the few over-the-door holders I could find with room to store the iron and accessories. However, the arms that go over the door are sheet metal, and they're not very strong. The weight of the iron, board, and accessories tend to pull at the arms, unbending them so that the whole thing threatens to crash to the floor. I have to keep rebending the arms. Although I've used the holder now for over two years, I'm looking for one that is more sturdy but still has room for more than just a board and iron.

I ordered the Over the Door Iron Board Holder after reading the positive reviews this product received. I liked the fact that you could either hang the product from a door or attach it to a wall. The only space I have in the laundry room to use the iron board holder was hanging on the back of the door so when the item arrived today, I went to hang up the holder and placed our ironing board on it.

This product does NOT work well with the Rowenta IB-6100 ironing board which is the ironing board we have. The strength of the metal used for the over the door hangars is weak and when I placed the ironing board on the holder, everything dropped to the floor because the hangars couldn't handle the weight of the ironing board. If you have an ironing board with a T-leg that isn't heavy duty that you got from a big box store, this product would be more suited to handle it.

Unfortunately, I won't be able to use this product in our current residence because we have no where to attach the holder to the wall so we're going to have to wait until we move this summer to be able to see if I can use it. The design concept is very nice but the quality of the execution leaves more to be desired.

It's a lot sturdier than i originally thought it would be. It's saved me a lot of space and has made my laundry room safer.
