Overall a very good cardio/strength workout! As someone who can do 98% of Bob's "inside out method" with all advanced moves, this Ultimate Cardio Body seemed a little easy (that's why I gave 4 stars). But Bob keeps it light and fun for us. And how can you dislike his socks? :D

This is already available from Bob's website. I got it Monday and used it for the first time today. I really liked his Cardio Conditioning DVD and his Cardio Shred DVD. This one is pretty intense (I am a runner and cardio junkie). I wear a heart rate monitor and can tell you that this one burns slightly more than the Cardio Conditioning DVD. It's similar in style but the set is much brighter, there are 4 exercisers with Bob, there are less swings, a bit more use of dumbbells (especially shoulders), quite a few lunges and squats, and the "ass burners" are killer. I really enjoyed this workout and will definitely keep it in my rotation.

The workout itself was excellent. Bob knows exactly what he's doing to vary your heart rate from moderate to high level. Just when you think you can't push any longer, he gives you a bit of a "break," before boosting you up again. There is a lot of jumping in this workout, which I love, but it may be hard for some people. There are a lot of lunges and squats, with jumping variations, as well as some upper body strength work. When you think you've gotten to the end and you think Bob will return to his normal calm, yoga-loving self, he pushes you even harder. This is definitely one of the most intense workouts I've done.

The studio was different in this workout. To me it appeared that they were exercising on some kind of spaceship. It was a little strange at first, but to me what is most important is the quality of the workout. I also prefer the covers of his Inside Out series, but these are nitpicky things. The workout was OUTSTANDING.
