Anyone who knows anything about basketball knows that Bob Knight's motion offense is a winner. These DVDs take you step by step through the process of installing this offense for your team. The casual or non-coach viewer can begin to see and understand the underlying foundation of offensive basketball and become a more knowledgeable fan. Players as well as coaches will benefit from the drills included and the explanations of why things work as well as how they work. This is a perfect gift for the basketball fan, coach or player.
