Hard to Find!,

This book was hard to find, but through the seller, I was able to acquire this book. Similar to the This Old House proper books, it is about their second project in Newton, and the struggles they went through to save a historic H.H. Richardson building. The book is well illustrated, complete with floor plans and loads of good advice, despite being from the 80's. I would recommend this book to any beginner do-it-yourself person, or those just starting in the preservation field, as it is a real eye opener.
