If it cost less than $20 I'd give it 5 stars,

I think all the foundation brushes are overpriced, but I bought this one and it works well. It doesn't absorb/waste as much foundation as a sponge would. Feels awkward at first, compared to dotting your foundation on and spreading it with your fingertips, but you get better at it each time you use it.
