Item arrived in 3 reasonably constructed boxes. This made it easier for me to get the sofa inside my 2nd story home. I had original tried to purchase a sectional locally, only to go through the hassle of needing to return it back - because it would not fit. So the flatpacking in 3 boxes made it possible for me to get a full size inside up the stairs and around a corner into my house.
Putting the couch together took about an hour and a half on my own, nothing too bad. Assembly was simple enough - though the instructions were sub-par. Build quality is average - I would give the item 5 stars if it was just a little more solidly constructed. The wooden frame is obviously made a little on the cheap end, and the way it gets put together could be designed a bit better to give it a more sturdy feel. I would give the sectional 5 stars if it was just made a little bit better. But for a sofa this size locally - even a lower end model such as this - would definitely cost a bit more than the Amazon price. Overall, definitely satisfied with my purchase, just would like to see things a bit more solid. And more thing, the included wrench is unfortunately pretty terrible - i recommend a deep-well socket set to put it together instead. Will update the review after I see wear and tear, etc. *********** Update one year later: Long term quality of this sectional is fair to poor. It doesn't see a whole ton of use. I live alone, but have company over frequently. That being said, it still would go days at a time without ever being sat or laid on. It still show signs of wear. The zipper on the backside of one of the cushions came undone, and will not rezip. It's totally broken. The cushions cannot be flipped - therefore you can't even out the wear by flipping them around, etc. The padding inside the cushions is starting to become deformed and squished, and like I said - this is from light use and I weigh your avg 175lbs. I lowered my rating to 3 stars. I'd go lower based on quality - but the hassle this couch saved me over buying from a big box store still has some merit. It's not a completely worthless purchase, but I would personally go with something higher quality if your budget allows.

I don't really have any complaints about the couch as much as I do for the company I ordered from. The couch is beautiful and cozy but fairly firm. Keep that in mind if you like very soft. They cushions may soften up over time but as of right now they are pretty firm. It is definitely a great couch for someone on a little bit of a budget or looking for a second couch for a game room, ect. Very roomy. Would definitely recommend. WIll update in a 6 weeks and fill you in about the cushions.

I bought this from Amazon and the shipping company was really good! I think there are two sellers for this item, one is from VisionDecor and the other is Amazon. I bought mine from Amazon for about $720 with free shipping.-------The Delivery------ The item was shipped by ABF and they were really good! The item arrived 2 days earlier than it was scheduled, which was awesome. Since someone has to at home when the item arrives, to sign for the item, it was a little troublesome for me. They told me that the item will come between 9 am to 5 pm with a call an hour earlier. I arranged for my building manager to receive the item for me but it was 4 pm and no calls. I assumed that they're not coming. At 4:30, the driver called me and said that he's at home. I was still at work and my building manager was done for the day since I thought the item wasn't coming. My neighbor received the item in the end and it all worked out. It would be nice if they actually called an hour earlier, as they promised. The item arrived in 3 large boxes and the driver couldn't fit one of them in the elevator so he left them on the main area which was reasonable. The driver was really courteous and pleasant to deal with. ------The Assembly------ The assembly in total took me about 2 hours. You don't even need any other equipments. It is actually pretty simple but I'm a DIY-er so I might be more "mechanically inclined" than the average people. They gave double the screws/bolts/etc that was required so that is nice in case you misplace something in the middle of the assembly, you wouldn't have to call them and buy it from them. The instruction sheet was pretty clear and the items were clearly labeled. The only issue I had was that I had to wiggle one of the back onto the couch because it didn't fit. Some of the studs didn't fit really well because it was crooked. My trick was to put the crooked studs deeper into the backs and wiggle the back onto the couch until it goes in. If it doesn't, I'll screw the crooked stud further. Once all the studs went through, I used the wrench provided to tighten the problematic back to the couch and it finally fits! ------The Quality------ The quality of the product is pretty decent. It's half price from the "typical" sectional, so I don't expect very long life either. As long as it stands light use for 2 to 3 years, I'm fine. I've heard that the cushions sag after 1 year of use. It's been one month, so it's still holding up pretty well. Bumped down to 4 stars due to delivery, "assembly wiggle" and life expectancy. Might actually bump up to 5 stars if it holds up well after 2 years.
