Expansive, stylish, and luxurious, the three-piece set includes a three-person sofa, a left/right-reversible chaise, and an oversized storage ottoman. The sectional set is upholstered on its touchable surfaces in cream bonded leather, which fuses leather fibers, polyurethane, and adhesive for a durable and low-maintenance leather alternative. A high quality leather match covers the set's sides, backs, and less superficial areas. To ensure strength and stability, the set's frames and two detachable armrests feature hardwood construction. High density poly fiber fills the three back cushions for leaning comfort. For support, all seat cushions contain pocket inner spring coils. The ottoman’s cushion lifts off to reveal a compartment for stowing a throw blanket or TV remotes. Two accent pillows with a contrasting gray and white checker pattern accompany this set. To clean, use mild non-detergent soap with a microfiber cloth. The sectional set requires basic home assembly; online videos are available to demonstrate assembly and how to reverse the sectional’s layout. I thought I was taking a big chance to buy furniture off a website. Isn't it important to sit/touch/etc. furniture? Well, I'm very glad I went for it. This set is quite soft and marks seem to rub off without too much work. It is a nice light cream color. Not stark white but also a bit lighter than it appears on my computer. The assembly instructions are clear. Think Ikea. The parts are labeled with letters to ensure proper identification. Also I think it fits shorter people well. You don't feel like you are sitting in a giant's chair.
So the product is very satisfactory and I think Amazon has priced this competitively. I am especially pleased because even before my set arrived (and I have to admit it was faster delivery than anticipated -- 8 days after I ordered), the price dropped and Amazon graciously refunded the difference. What customer satisfaction!

First let me say you "get what you pay for." This is bonded leather not the real deal. However, since I have bought bonded leather as an occasional piece and it worked out well and, since I knew it was not going to be used that often I thought I would give this a shot. The sofa delivery arrived fine with little issue. The color was great (I bought the red one). Putting it together was a little tricky. But, the big issue is that one seat cushion arrived defective and needs to be replaced and another appears as though it will be defective soon. Right now, my family is afraid to sit on it. I'm really dissapointed because I bought a sofa on-line about ten years ago that I still own and use in my den. This sofa was delivered less than a month ago and has not been used for two weeks yet, it does not appear that it is going to hold up. I have asked for help with this transaction and hope that Amazon and the seller helps to make this right--at least replace the bad cushions, etc., however, I have a suspicion this will not turn out well and this is going to be MONEY wasted. After, Amazon responds, I will follow up with another review. But, so far, buyer beware!
Update: 1/24/2011 The initial response from Amazon thus far is that they cannot send me just a seat cushion. I would have to send the entire sofa back-- AT MY EXPENSE! They suggested I contact the manufacturer to see if they would work with me. So much for "Earth's Most Customer Centric Company" as they claim. Update: Amazon made this right, not the COMPANY. You cannot get in touch with them. Same issue with other reviewer. When Amazon recognized the issue they had someone pick up the sofa and didn't charge me. Amazon came through-not this company. One big hassle! Many of the other shoppers who bought this sofa in other colors have experienced issues as well.

Easy to put together. The color is actually WHITE not Cream as indicated. For the money I think it is O.K. but the leather is very thin.
