About the Author

Yoshio Sawai was born in 1977 in Aichi Prefecture. He made his debut with a story called YamanakaShuukatsugeki (Smelly Action Story in the Mountains). Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo began serialization in Shonen Jump in 2001. Sawai's irreverent and wacky humor inspired several video games and an anime series which debuted in Japan in November of 2003.

My family and I love Bo-BoBo. We were bummed when they canceled the show here in the US. This brings us a bit closer. We have actually purchased all three books that are available starting with this one. I love his wacky humor and Don Patch is the bomb. Sometimes he is a bomb... :)
