5.0 out of 5 stars Sesame Seeds, April 20, 2009
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Bob's Red Mill White Hulled Sesame Seeds, 22-Ounce Packages (Pack of 4) (Grocery)
Wow, 4 packs of sesame seeds is enough to last me for quite a while. At this price they are a bargain, but unless you are a baker or eat a ridiculous number of sesame seeds, 88oz of sesame seeds might be overkill. I shared mine with some friends as I didn't want to them to go stale over time. These are high quality seeds with a very nice flavor.

Sesame Seeds are very high in some essentials including:

copper
manganese
tryptophan
calcium
magnesium

They're fantastic roasted and mixed with other nuts/fruits/seeds for a homemade trail mix or protein bars, or added to marinades, salads, or hummus.

A very large quantity of seeds, I suggest splitting this 4-pack with some of your friends.

5.0 out of 5 stars GREAT, June 8, 2007

These are great at the regular price, so grab some while they are on sale. 1/4 cup sesame seeds daily is the best source out there for copper and manganese. I put them in just about anything.

Great deal!

Recipe: Mix 1 part Raw Sunflower Seeds; 1 Part Flax Seeds; and 1 Part Sesame Seeds. Add 1-2 Tablespoons to your food each day. (Add to a smoothie, sprinkle over desserts or cereal, etc.)
Use daily and constipation will no longer be a problem.
Really!
