Sugar, Gluten Free Flour Blend (Sweet White Rice Flour, Brown Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Whole Grain Sorghum Flour, Tapioca Flour, Xanthan Gum), Cocoa Powder, Baking Powder (Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Corn Starch, Monocalcium Phosphate), Baking Soda, Sea Salt, Natural Vanilla Powder (Sugar, Cornstarch, Vanilla Extract).
STEP 1) Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour two 8”-round cake pan. STEP 2) Pour cake mix into a mixing bowl. Make a well in the center and pour in 2 lightly beaten eggs, 2/3 cup milk, and 1/3 cup vegetable oil. Stir until well combined. Add 2/3 cup boiling water and stir into mix. Pour batter into pans. STEP 3) Bake for 25-30 minutes, until toothpick inserted in center comes out mostly clean. Cool in pans for 10 minutes. Move to wire racks to cool completely before frosting. Makes one 8-inch layer cake.
