Trying to be more homebaked and less processed food, I decided to bake cornbread from scratch. I ordered this cornmeal and baked up a wonderful cornbread. My husband has now decided that he only wants this cornbread from now on. I haven't used it in any other recipes yet, but it was a hit in the one I did.
