Wonderful, high quality cornmeal.
Delicious, healthy, whole grain cornmeal. Much better than the grocery store kind, and not much more expensive. Recommended.

I love Bob's Red Mill. Any product by them is okay in my book. Thanks to this shipment, I'll have cornmeal onhand anytime I get a cornbread craving. It's also great for muffins!

Trying to be more homebaked and less processed food, I decided to bake cornbread from scratch. I ordered this cornmeal and baked up a wonderful cornbread. My husband has now decided that he only wants this cornbread from now on. I haven't used it in any other recipes yet, but it was a hit in the one I did.

I haven't had a chance to use this yet but was pleasantly surprised to see that the shelf life was two years from today. It also has a convenient package where you take off the top of the box and the bottom serves as a holder.

Our family is eating gluten free and feeding all of us can be a financial challenge. I was very excited to find this in a bulk buy. Part of it is out, ready to be used, and the rest waiting in the freezer. Good buy and made me feel good to have lots on hand...time to make some gf cornbread!
