I bought this for making gluten free chicken strips and to use as a replacement for sorghum flour in a few recipes. It has worked fine and the price is right with free shipping!

I bought this to make a lot of the gluten free girl's recipes. It has a great consistency, and all my baked goods have been terrific! Thanks!

Makes pancakes taste like cornbread kinda...but there ain't nothing wrong with cornbread. ha ha.Seriously, adds an interesting texture, but overall I plan to buy it more. Definite difference in how my stomache reacts versus regular flour, so I don't care about much else. Don't let someone tell you there is no difference - but then again I have not baked with this flour yet. Oh, and when I put milk in it, it seems to disappear because it is so fluffy and light. You will have to add more than what the recipe calls for to compensate as it settles.
