It is hard to find potato starch in my city,This is a great way to make great baked goods for people eating gluten free.

I use this all the time, it's great in breads and dog treats, as a sauce thickener and even in mashed cauliflower!

This is a great product, and just what I had been looking for. Used the Potato Starch/Flour the other day to make cornbread, and it turned out very well. Had not been able to find it in our area. Thanks Amazon for making it available to us.
