I over extended my back about 2 years ago by lifting excessive weight. As a result I did damage to the nerves in my lower back. I have a difficult time wearing anything around my waist and hips no matter how loose or tight if they go around that area it becomes aggravated. I have tried aspirin, non-aspirin, narcotic pain medication, and muscle relaxers, none of them worked all that well, they either did not take the pain away or they took so much away that I was unable to function. The Doctors and Chiropractors told me to ice it ~ OUCH!!!!!! The ice made it unbearable like biting into an ice cube with a bad tooth. The only thing that seemed to ease the pain was a hot bath or a heating pad, but I couldn't stay in the tub or on the heating pad all day. My mother was at a local sporting goods store and found the bodi heat and purchased a few to see if they might work for me. They did. I love the convenience of them they are thin and stick all day to the item of clothing I place them on and they remove easily, also the most important thing is that they hold there heat for well over 8 hours. I don't go a day without one. THANKS YOU BODI-HEAT!!

these heating packs are wonderful...they stay hot for at least 12 hours, and they really help relieve sore muscles and back pain...the price is reasonable too...

I am a sufferer from Adhesion Related Disease and have constant chronic pain in my back and abdomin. I have found that the Bodi Heat Heat Packs work wonderfully in helping to control the pain so I can function in a semi normal life. I can put one on in the morning, before I go to work, and it will still be semi warm when I get up the next morning. I have tried others, but they don't last as long and the round discs that are in them would even burn the skin. Bodi Heat has no round discs and is a smooth layer. I have never been burned by them. You just stick them to your clothing and if you change clothes just peel it off and stick to the new clothing. My aunt and uncle even use them for their knee problems and love them. I know that what works for some may not work for others... but this product definitely works for me! Needless to say, I would recommend them to anyone who requires heat for their pain.
