About the Author
Rosie Spiegel is an Advanced Certified Rolfer, a certified instructor in Rolf Movement Integration, a graduate of the Trager and Iyengar Institutes, and a teacher and practitioner in the field since 1973. Formerly an Iyengar instructor, Rosie now places her emphasis on the creativity and aliveness that the systems of Rolfing, yoga, and movement training bring together. She conducts workshops and lectures nationally. She maintains a private practice in Foster City, California, where she teaches body therapy, yoga, and ergonomics. Rosie instructs yoga and ergonomics at Excite Corp.
