The Bodum Chef 8.5" frying pan has a non-stick surface that is made with Teflon Platinum, which is a three coat non-stick system that stands up to the use of metal utensils. This size pan is perfect if you are making eggs or sautéing vegetables. It is easy to use as well as clean. Made with 18/10 durable stainless steel and triple-ply construction which consists of stainless steel, aluminum and another layer of stainless steel. With this type of construction it helps to retain the heat in the core and evenly distribute this heat along the bottom and sidewalls of the cookware providing even heat conductivity. It has a solid cast heat resistant stainless steel handle with a hole for hanging.
