This particular Sauce Pan also has a helper handle that makes it easier when pouring hot water or sauces into another container. It is easy to use with convenient interior level volume indicators. Made with triple-ply construction which consists of stainless steel, aluminum and another layer of stainless steel. With this type of construction it helps to retain heat in the core and evenly distribute this heat along the bottom and sidewalls of the cookware providing even heat conductivity.
