I love the design of this teapot but it has a major flaw - it breaks so easily! I've had one of their simpler designs, in glass, for over 20 years and never broken it. I have now had 3 of the Bora Bora teapopts and they've all broken - the first one arrived with a hairline crack in the spout, the second one broke when it was full of hot tea and I simply put it down on the counter (a round piece of glass just broke out) and the third one broke as I was pouring it and touched the handle of my cup with the spout - once again a piece of glass just broke out. For what it costs this isn't acceptable. I'm going to buy a ceramic insulated pot next time!

I agree with the first reviewer it works great, but is to fragile my spout cracked and a round dime sized piece just fell out. Won't buy one again. Too much money.
