Cannot get rid of rancid oil smell,

At this time I have to give this a poor rating, however if I can get rid of the smell and use it my rating might change. Another thing I don't like is it has to be completely dry before using it.Update 3/16/2011. I contacted the manufacturer about getting rid of the smell, they said to replace the coffee with soda and I did, it was still rancid. Could not use this item, lost the sales slip so ended up getting rid of it. Bought a much better one on line.
