Made with durable 18/10 stainless steel and triple-ply construction which consists of stainless steel, aluminum and another layer of stainless steel. With this type of construction it helps to retain heat in the core and evenly distribute this heat along the bottom and sidewalls of the cookware providing even heat conductivity. The Windsor Pan comes with a special lip designed for easy pouring.
