it works OK, but it's not nearly as good as the one I got several years back.
smaller, less dense wood, and the ridges are shallower and not as "ridgey."
I'd probably give it another star if it weren't for my expectations - the original was a 5 star item.

I have plantar faciitis... so wearing business shoes really gets my feet cramped up. So I keep one at home and one at work under my desk. Its a inexpensive but effective way to massage your foot / feet.

This foot roller is awesome. As an avid tennis player, it's important to keep my feet
healthy. After using this, I feel so much better. Well worth the $ and it was shipped
really quickly.

I ordered the foot roller in June 2011 because my feet had sore trigger points whenever I massaged them. The roller arrived promptly and is just as advertised. It is well made and should last for years. I use the foot roller while I am relaxing or watching TV / listening to radio. I found my feet felt better and the trigger points in my feet were gone or the pain greatly reduced when I pressed on them after using the foot roller for about a week. I would highly recommend this product. It is a good value and it does work for me.

good lil idea. cheap. works good. makes me tinggle up my leg. works best when standing up because of the amount of weight you can put down to get the right pressure you like as opposed to sitting. although i use it most when sitting and leaning forward to put the weight down. good relief, the curve in the middle is effective.

I am on my feet all day for my job, I started to use this and what a difference it made for my feet. I do not have sore tired as much after using this. I do have to use it 3 to 4 times a day to make a difference. For a inexpensive foot remedy it does work for me.

This has not been that useful to me. I would not advise anyone to buy this if they are looking for a foot massager. There are definitely better things to use out there.

I was not aware this was for your foot. i have been using it with my boyfriend and we have never thought of it as a device for your foot. but me and him are still giving it 5 stars because it still makes us say wow! :-D
