I wear heels to work every day, and I keep these at my desk. If my foot muscles get sore or act-up while I'm at work, I roll my feet on these. It massages the muscles and my feel feel better afterwards. Great product!

The rubber o-rings fall off and it is not nearly large enough in diameter. A crappy copy of an original design that I am still interested in locating.
