The Real Deal,
By
This review is from: Body Bar: 133 Moves for Full-Body Fitness (Paperback)
When I first bought this book, I thought it was just another hyped fitness book. I already had a bar, so I thought, what the heck. The price was also good. I just did the workout, and it is amazing. The thing about the bar being more balaced than free weights is true. I can do some things with the bar that I couldn't do with free weights, because it felt unbalanced. The "kayak" is an amazing workout. "Stirring the pot" is amazing. I was sweating hard, and I bike all the time. This is good stuff ! I really recommend it. There are MANY great exercises in the book, and the pictures and text are very good.

Wow.. this is great! There are picture illustrations for both starting and ending positions, and additional pictures showing additional moves to make them tougher or easier. And you can combine different moves into one continuous multi-tasking combo exercise.

Great Workout book,
This review is from: Body Bar: 133 Moves for Full-Body Fitness (Paperback)
I really enjoy this workout book. The exercise ideas are excellent, and the full workouts are both varied and challenging. They have quite a few different workouts, and most can be made more or less challenging by using variations that they suggest. I will enjoy using this book for years. There are a few editing errors so probably when there's a second edition it will be neater, but the editing errors are pretty easy to catch.

Body Bar: 133 Moves for Full-Body Fitness
This book gives clear and uncomplicated instructions for using a body bar for fitness. There is a graduation of complexity for when you get stronger. I find it difficult to work out to a book, but the pictures made it pretty easy -- and learning the proper form made it a piece of cake to transition to a video

This is such a great book, and especially at this price!! Lots of full page color illustrations. The illustrations are big enough and so descriptive you don't need to read a word in the book. Love it!!

A Fitness Book You Can Use!,

When I purchased my body bar I wasn't sure how to use it correctly. I found the Body Bar Book: 133 Moves for Full-Body Fitness online and decided to buy it. Its a great book, the pictures and the instructions are very good. Obtaining a full body work out from the book, for me, is a little difficult as I have to stop and look at the pictures. While the pictures and instructions are very good, I feel like its to much information. I wish it had come with a DVD, that would run you through a routine.
